This place is quite beautiful in the spring and summer and is a great place for a hike and the pond is perfect for a quick paddle around in a boat. Look it up on google and see why it was named Forget Me Not Pond.. interesting story.

The view is spectacular. There is a nice walk around the pond that is easily managed by seniors who prefer a leisurely stroll to a more vigorous hike. The ideal time to visit is late spring when there is some snow on the mountains in the background to get the most impressive photos with reflections in the pond.

The place is around 30-45 minutes drive from Calgary and worth a visit. Went with family and enjoyed a lot. nice picnic tables and scenic view of mountains. Good place to hang out.

We stopped at the pond to have a picnic after doing the Nihahi Ridge hike on this last visit. Even though it was mid week, there were many cars in the parking lot. Weekends are really busy so get there early to get a picnic table and a fire pit. Over the summer weeks, we've often seen larger groups take... More

This little body of water is so peaceful and the walk around the pond is easy and tranquil. I loved all the little ground squirrels peaking their heads up to say hello. The tributes on the benches to lost family members brings a bit of whimsy to your walk. Enjoy!

We, like others, came across Forget me Not by accident and it is so aptly named. We visit CALGARY often and always make sure we visit our special, unforgettable place every time. The Rockies look better from here than any other location. The pond is a beautiful, glacial blue, lots of critters, i.e. chipmunks and gophers, take your fishing nets... More

My husband and I went for a drive today to see Elbow falls and we came to this place. What a nice area to have a picknic and just relax. We walked around the whole trail around the pond. We will sure come back here with friends

After our daughter's wedding ceremony, the wedding party got on a bus to travel to Forget Me Not Pond. We haven't seen the pictures yet but with the beautiful view there we can just imagine how unforgettable this pond will be.
