Visited this attraction based on friend's recommendations. Exquisite statues and artifacts. The owner and daughter were very infomative. One of their animal statues is displayed at the Calgary airport.

Heard about the foundry from my in-laws' retirement home and decided to stop in on an afternoon drive. This turned out to be a really interesting way to spend a couple of hours: the owner took us around both the studio, where some of the finished works are on display, and the work-room. This humble man has created statues for the Queen, for Parliament in Ottawa, and several in the Calgary airport. What a treat to visit the studio where he is happy to explain his art and craft. It is a hidden and unobtrusive building..but do make a visit.

It was our great fortune to ring the bell and have the door answered by the grandaugher of the founder, she graciously gave us a tour of the foundry and the adjoining gallery. She was extremely busy and only a few employees were working. however, she spent almost an hour explaining the history of her family and showing examples of... More
