Our experience was much more positive than some other reviews. The friendly gate guard allowed us entry even though it was after closing time. The grounds were well kept as was the impressive monument. The five upward sweeping columns symbolize the treks of Trichardt, Potgieter,...More

Dont waste your time to go there, read about it on a website! No toilets to use as they are locked and probably wrecked? The Museum is locked as well, no access! So neglected and left for anyone to take whatever they can to resell...More

Facility seems to be closed to the public. Were met by a chained gate despite arriving there mid morning. A pity. A town with a lot of history and this is the main connect to that...

From the road and entrance gate you can see what looks like an impressive monument. Unfortunately, that is where it stops. Locked gates prevent access now days, and no sign boards indicating times. Please authorities, fix up the place.
