Being on a four-week vacation and a dedicated gym junky, I looked for a gym and landed at True. Yep, it's expensive but totally worth it. The gym is well equipped with the latest material, the staff is friendly and extremely helpful and everything is taken care of. A couple of added bonuses: a steamroom in the locker area and the WTA Thailand Open, to which members have unrestricted access. I hope to be back in Hua Hin next year and will surely return to True.…

I gave up my membership after almost three years tolerating disappointing operational and hygiene standards. There is clearly no interest in satisfying the needs of individual members. I never learnt who were the operations managers throughput my membership. They were never identified and certainly made no attempt to meet to get feedback. When I first joined there was a number of feedback boxes and forms around the premises but these were soon removed. When an organization does that you are absolutely clear that it has little interest in improving its performance to better satisfy its customers. Its a great shame because it could be a very good facility if it was better managed.…

The below is the review I wrote one year ago. I'm coming up for renewal but won't...if you just want a gym there are others starting up which are good too. I know my partner and I are so frustrated to work out in a gym with no music. It means alot if you do not want to wear headphones. Also no movement on fees if you just want gym only and no classes... which then makes gym only workouts VERY expensive indeed! Here is my review. Yes....staff are nice...yes it is a well equipped gym and the tennis courts are great...BUT I have never been to a gym anywhere in the world where there is no music, it's SO SO boring! Im not happy with wearing earphones all the time to listen to music to enhance my workout, not good. They have great music playing in other parts of the building, changing room lol...but none in the gym, so you have to listen to the machines, grunts and treadmills. Management not intetested either which is not nice. Manager reply not sufficient, mostly young ish people in gym so I'm sure they don't mind lively music...2019!…

As a tennis rookie, I found that True Arena really offers professional tennis coaching. Our tennis group plays tennis regular at True Arena and some of us take extra tennis lessons with coach splendid Khun Boy who also specializes in teaching kids, single and as a group. Than there is the Paradorn International Tennis Academy headed by the former ATP player Paradorn Srichapan who rose to stardom with highest rank of #9 on the ATP tour, where lessons and sparring partners can be booked. The courts are in top condition and there is a well equipped gym with a roof top swimming pool to chill off. Unfortunately the restaurant is not always open, but cold drinks can be bought at the reception level. I warmly recommend True Arena as your Tennis Mecca. It is located just South of Hua Hin´s Blu Port Mall and practically opposite of the Vana Nava Water Jungle Park and Holiday Inn Hotel.…
