We came here because had to use up items on the activity card. The staff at the front desk were not very nice and didn't seem interested in answering questions (do you provide towels/locks). The pool was cold! Lots of balls being thrown around and we were hit several times in the head. Some of the parents were as obnoxious... More

This is a good spot for the kids. Lots of water fun for them. I didn't like the fact that the outdoor pool is closed Monday-Friday! It was a beautiful summer day, we left he beach early because it was crazy packed by 2pm and we figured we could go for a quick dip here, but only in the indoor... More

If the kids are old enough they can stay without adult supervision. They have a 'Tarzan rope', small cliff to jump off of, small slide into the pools. My kids loved it and is one of the things they brag to family/friends about.

Great place to take the kids and sneak a quick steam, sauna, or hot tub. The pool is like a kids paradise and there is an indoor and outdoor version. Great way to take a break from skiing or get out of the rain- which is what we did!

Came here with my 4-year old daughter while my husband and son were skiing. Not a bad way to spend a few hours, but I wouldn't rush back. I agree with some of the other reviews that the pool water was quite cold (although the kids didn't seem to mind it), and the hot tub was certainly not hot. The... More

This is usually a fun place to come after a day of skiing or in the summer with the kids. We have come the past two nights and were greeted at the counter both days by the same - much less than enthusiastic young lady - who should be providing exceptional customer service...we could choose NOT to come next time.... I was kicked out of the pool for having board shorts on (a bathing suit) and then was not given a full refund, the lifeguards embarrassed me in front of my family and friends. The policies are outdated, the staff is rude, and the prices are through the roof.

My first experience at the Aquaclub La Source for March break. Cost $65.12 (tax included) for a family of four and 1 non-swimmer with a time limit of 3 hours. A great mini water park for young kids. My kids enjoyed the swinging on the rope, the small slides and the jumping into the pool. Female change room is small.... More

We decided to take my daughter and nephews, ages 8 months, 7 and 9, swimming as the weather was not very nice for skiing. While the pool itself was fun, we ended up paying approx $100 after tax to swim (close to 40 for my husband and I, our daughter was free, my in-laws and nephews' family pass came to... More

We've been visiting the "La Source" aqua centre three times in the last week. My little daughter and I used family dressing room and found that there are only two shower and one is broken. We reported it to the staff and waited about 20 minutes to get a shower. I must to say that dressing room door has a... More
