Great Day at the Waterpark
Aug 2019
We stayed in one of the private cabanas. It was worth it for a family of four. It could hold more people. A host brings you to your own fenced off outdoor space with tables and chaises. On a busy and hot day, it was great to have our own space to relax and cool off. You can only purchase food from the attached restaurant. The food was ok, could have been better. Service great.

Great day at the waterpark
Aug 2019
Had a great time. The only issue was with the extremely long wait time for the Colorado River ride (more than 2 hours) as they only had about 10 rafts. We waited for 45 minutes and gave up. All the other rides took only 5-15 minutes to wait in line.

VIP Cabana not private and not worth the $
Jul 2019
In July 2019 we paid $119 for a VIP Cabana at Saint Sauveur Water Park based on their website's advertised promise that "This private sanctuary offers a refreshing shaded area". To our great dismay after paying this hefty sum, the VIP cabana that was provided to us on July 24 was neither private nor a sanctuary and only partially shaded. For example, the cabanas are placed on the terrasse of a bar, only about one meter apart. There is no delineation by rope, fence or little wall to indicate the private space of one cabana vs. the very close other cabana. People from other cabanas walked in and out of our "private" space all day, including into our tent. They honestly didn't seem to know it was supposed to be our private area. Lounge chairs around the park are equally close so its not clear how the cabana provides any added privacy. One lounge chair had some sticky red sauce on it when we arrived and we had to clean our own sanctuary. The bar blasts techno and rock music all day from a large speaker not two metres away. The tent curtains are clear and when closed create a stuffy sauna and do not totally block out the sun. They need to provide fans, real and full shade, real and not imagined privacy, and less annoying music that is farther away. It was impossible to relax in that so-called private sanctuary and not worth the money. I requested a refund based on Parc Aquatic Sommet Saint Sauveur not providing what they promised. They denied my request stating that they do not promise a sanctuary – they removed this wording from the website after my complaint - and that families are at water parks and will walk around. They minimized my concerns very much. I do have documented proof of what they advertised back in July when I purchased so I hope they do the right thing. VIP Cabana – not worth the price; customer service – disappointing and disingenuous.

We had a BLAST
Aug 2019 • Family
We went the whole day and didn't have time to do all the slides. The wave pool was so fun. Food was not as expensive as other attraction sites. We will go back for sure.

Fun day
Jul 2019 • Family
Lots of slides and fun activities to keep you busy all day. It was full, but you never feel crowded and the lines were not too long. Nice that you can bring your food and drinks, so you can eat healthy. You can lock up your valuables and therefore pick a picnic table or lounge chair and leave your towels and food and it is safe. The kids love the wave pool and spent hours in it. The manic lazy river was fun and the kids liked it, go before 4pm because after that the waves get bigger and the kids cannot enter. The changing area and washroom in the older building would need to be renovated. Buy tickets online it is cheaper!

Excellent waterpark, queues not too long
Jul 2019 • Couples
Excellent slides (Niagara was my favourite)

Queues not too long

You will get fit as alot of walking

Colorado felt really dangerous to me (I'm surprised no one has died on it)

Allowed to take own food and drink (which is not allowed at European water parks)

Not giving 5 stars as the changing facilities are terrible and for the price I expect modern cleaning changing area.

Fun break in the heat
Jul 2019 • Family
My family (two young boys) were visiting Montreal on vacation. Given the heatwave that struck while there, we wanted to get a break from it, and found this great place for us and the kids to spend the day at and cool down.

It's an hours drive north from Montreal. The water park offered alot of different areas to cool down - pools, lazy river (really lazy), and slides, and then some more fun after the water park closes for the day with a few amusement rides.

My kids had a lot of fun and didnt want to leave certain places. And they had good food and drink options.

Even at capacity (parking lot full), I never felt it was too crowded, even with all the camping kids attending.
