This is a great hike at any time, but it is especially good in the spring when the falls are at their best with the winter run-off. It is up hill so be prepared!!

Just on the southern edge of Gatineau Park, with access from hwy 148 passing through Luskville (don't blink or you'll miss the entrance): the base has a picnic area, and the clamber up will take many folks over 1/2 hour. You can move faster, but...More

We hiked the Luskville Falls hike today and it was the most challenging 5k hike I've done. For those who love a serious hike, this is for you. There was at least a kilometre of steep rocky climbing before it became less steep. But the...More

Luskville Falls trail is a scenic hike that takes you to some pretty spectacular views. The trail itself is quite demanding and can be very rocky so good hiking shoes are recommended. Bring bug spray, sunblock and water if you're attempting this in the summer....More

One of the best day hikes in the national capital region. Like any waterfall hike, be ready for some vertical! The drive is easy. Early spring is best for the water features, and fall for the leaves. In spring expect significant black flies, enough to...More

Viewing the falls requires some upward hiking, but not difficult if you are a hiker - it's a rocky trail but the falls are worth it. There's a good picnic area at the parking lot.

Love climbing the trails at Luskville Falls. Very accessible for families with kids of all ages. Gorgeous natural look-out spots and the trail climbs right next to the falls most of the way. Saw hawks flying just over our heads. Beautiful place!
