Very pleasant, especially with the Florilèges, easy access, quiet and much more interesting than Ottawa, which is basically an empty shell at the best of times. The park is on the edge of the river, so both cities are within easy reach. Most good cruises leave from here.

Please update your information. First off in the overview, this parc is not the one 20mn away from Québec City (that parc is Parc Nationale de la Jacques Cartier). It does not have any of the amenities listed. (ski hill, yurt,etc) The Jacques Cartier Park is located in the city of Gatineau (10mn away from Ottawa, Ontario) and for now is closed off. The Mosaique left in 2018. The parc has been closed since last year.…

The snow sculptures were well done but don't know if it will hold for 2020 Winterlude due to the temperature fluctations.

if you want to visit a nice place this february , winterlude at jacques cartier park is the place to be, there is a lot of attractions for children and grand children, sponsered by Tim Hortons, under the supervision of patrimoine Canada and the National Capital Commission the place is a place to be , you can slide with air tube, zip line tug of war, tresor hunt and all kind of excitement for every one.the pla is open to the public thursdays to sundays until february the 22.By the way , it is a free admitance.…
