See the sights in Canada’s Capital from the Ottawa River during this narrated tour onboard the Paula D. Look out at Canada’s Parliament Buildings from the river and snap photos of the spectacular city views. Marvel at the mix of natural beauty and modern, urban development while enjoying refreshments or cocktails from the boat’s canteen.

Very pleasant, especially with the Florilèges, easy access, quiet and much more interesting than Ottawa, which is basically an empty shell at the best of times. The park is on the edge of the river, so both cities are within easy reach. Most good cruises leave from here.

Please update your information. First off in the overview, this parc is not the one 20mn away from Québec City (that parc is Parc Nationale de la Jacques Cartier). It does not have any of the amenities listed. (ski hill, yurt, etc) The Jacques Cartier Park is located in the city of Gatineau (10mn away from Ottawa, Ontario) and for now is closed off. The Mosaique left in 2018. The parc has been closed since last year.

The park was all closed off and no sculptures were visible or up for public viewing. We went to Gatineau primarily to visit the park but it was beyond disappointing. The only nice area was the boardwalk with the changing fall colors.
