Take a ride through historic Quebec City with a friend, seeing the sights and enjoying a relaxing day with a guide. Cycle by the Citadel, beside the river on the Promenade Samuel de Champlain, over the Quebec Bridge, and along the south shore before taking a scenic ferry ride back to the starting point.

The host, Madame Germain, is very warm, passionnate, motivating, kind. Her different themes are so well organized, planned and most of all DELICIOUS. She helps people open their perspective to the world and other cultures through her amazing culinary experiences. I want to try out ALL the themes. Will go back for sure.

We arrived in Quebec City and made our way to Madame Germaine's our first night. The experience was phenomenal. We were a party of 5 including 3 adults and two kids under 16. Everyone enjoyed learning about the French Canadian culture, the food, and the history. Anne added so many personal touches. She has such a warm personality and has so many insights to share. Phenomenal conversation and overall night.

We had a wonderful week at Madame Germaines. For two evenings, we had cooking classes. One was Quebec-the recipes of Madame Germaine! The other was Recipes from Jordan. Both were a lot of fun! Anne and Jérôme are great hosts!

We went to Madame Germaine's to have a team dinner/cooking class and it was a great alternative to a typical team dinner! They were super accommodating to our needs, and really made planning an event for 15 people a breeze: dietary needs were met and they were very flexible with our time schedule. Just a note: this part of Quebec City does not have Uber and taxis can be slightly unreliable, so plan transportation ahead of time!

8 friends who travel together enjoy doing a cooking class wherever we go. This was a special treat as it was in their beautiful home. We took the ferry from Quebec City and then a taxi to get to their home. The setting was so nice! It was on the river with stunning views. We made soup, salad, potatoes and meatballs along with a dessert while drinking wine that we brought with us. Anne shared with us her family's history in Quebec, along with her travels. Highly recommend a cooking class with Anne!
