Front office staff was super friendly and helpful, both in the phone and in person. Make your reservations in advance, follow up and confirm and be there 45 min. early. Being early is important as they need the time to gather, instruct, get in suits...More

Doesn't matter. A little cooler in the morning and late afternoon. I went mid-day and it was perfect. Bring a scarf or hat for warmth and gloves. The boat is moving and it is chilly! Body is warm in the floatation suit.
