About St. Andrews Sport Fishing Co.
Head out into the Bay of Fundy for what could turn out to be the fishing story of a lifetime! Climb aboard the Sea Fox with Captain Chris and his team of shark biologists in search of the elusive sharks that inhabit these waters. Porbeagles, Threshers, Makos and even the giant of the deep – the Great White – have all been seen and caught in the Bay of Fundy. Learn how to fish for bait and prepare the chum, then get ready for the thrill of a lifetime hooking onto a shark on this 5-6 hour adventure. Shark Fishing in the Bay of Fundy can be fast action once the sharks are attracted by a chum slick, often times when hooking onto a shark the rod is passed around to give everyone onboard a break from the mighty fight. See how the biologists tag these amazing creatures in their efforts to conserve the species. Looking to hook onto Cod, Mackerel, Ocean Perch, or Tautog (just to name a few), well our 3-4 hour ground fishing expedition aboard the SeaFox is just the thing. Climb aboard with Captain Chris for an awesome fishing adventure. Rod, reel and bait all included.

Not recommended. Captain Chris and his first mate took 8 of us out on a fishing tour. Captain Chris really seemed disinterested in being there. Was more concern about blood in his boat from the limited fish we caught then providing a good experience. When we did find a decent spot to catch fish he moved to another spot. It’s just not worth the cost 150 rod.

Fished with a group of 5.....we all caught at least one fish and the crew was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were caught on the line of a sunken lobster trap for 20 minutes or so but they didn't lose their cool and eventually untangled the huge mess. Saw some seals, porpoises, and a whale as well! Would definitely come to this place again if ever looking to fish in St Andrews!

We drove across half of the country specifically for the "Ultimate Shark Fishing" experience and were not disappointed. Have never caught fish so quickly in our lives...Captain Chris obviously really knows the water. Got to see everything from seals to several species of jellyfish to a bald eagle and learned SO much. (Thank you to Marine Biologist Nicole for answering our son's million questions!) After catching some cod and mackerel we ventured out in search of a shark and were quickly rewarded...a 7.5 foot porbeagle shark! It is not easy trying to reel these things in, but is so crazy fun! Extremely interesting experience. Would totally do it again if we ever come East! Highly recommended!! Thank you Captain Chris, Larry and Nicole!!!

Don't trust the people who run this outfit. They will lie to you. I called to book a shark fishing trip and told the lady on the phone that the only reason I was making the 12 hour drive was to go shark fishing and I didn't want to drive all the way there and find out there's not enough people to go out. She reassured me that they always have to turn people away and that it wouldn't be a problem. So I go for it. I drive all the way to the Saint Andrews and when I go check the place out the day before my trip they advise me that I'm the only person who booked the shark fishing and that they won't be going out. I even offered to pay for 3 out of the 4 seats. 750$!!! Now you would think if they are always turning people away that in the middle of July on beautiful sunny weekend that they would have been able to find 1 person. Nope!!! She then said they would do everything they could to get me fishing the next day and they would call me. It's now 6pm the day of my shark fishing trip and I still haven't heard from them. I've been on dozens of fishing charters over the years and I have to say this is the worst one I have ever dealt with. Maybe they should go down to Florida and see how real fishing charters operate. Never again. Avoid at all cost.

Went fishing with them two days ago and had a fabulous time. I caught lots of fish, including cod and redfish, and very helpful and knowledgable staff. Very reasonable cost too. I'll be back!
