We have enjoyed Tudhope Park for the Mariposa Festival, which takes over the park for one weekend in early July. It is lovely, full of walking and biking trails, large trees to provide shade, places to swim and even a kids play structure. Enjoy it for a picnic, a walk, or to watch the boats on Lake Couchiching. And now... More

We frequently cycle through the park. On the weekends you can rent a kayak & enjoy the scenery from the Bay. A great place to take your family for a day of swimming.

This is another beautiful park on Lake Couchiching in Orillia. They have built a new kids play area. And baseball diamonds, beach volleyball, curling rink. And make sure you go the furthest point where they have a tribute statue of Gordon Lightfoot, it is really something to see.

Tudhope has a lovely big beach, a large splash pad, playground, and long paved walking trails. It has change rooms/washrooms right at the beach with outdoor showers. Plenty of free parking, and a restaurant on site. ( Bayside restaurant) also has ice cream shop nearby:) Also has a baseball diamond and I believe it has tennis courts as well.

Beautiful for walking on the path, riding, just sitting by the water. Of course the ice cream shack is a must. We go at least a few times a year together. Love our little get away. Always clean. Very friendly people.

Stopped here for a break during the long weekend traffic. A beautiful place to Stretch our legs and incredible view. Big play ground and large park waterfront. Trying to not get stressed driving. So his was a much needed rest stop.
