The guided full day kayaking trip was well worth going on. The guides (Devin and Noah) were excellent and made sure that the pace was comfortable for all. They took the time to point out all the sites and to make the trip fun and interesting. The trip was about 14km, but the pace was good with lots of stops... More

All the staff were very friendly, helped us out with water bottles and water proof cases for anything we wanted to take. The trip itself was lovely; it wasn't too strenuous as we hadn't been kayaking in quite a few years, so was good to get back onto the water. The instructor gave us some tips on different strokes in... More

from the moment we arrived, my family and i were looking for a fun activity to do with my 12 and 15 year old. We were staying locally and found 1000 island kayaking. upon arrival we were greeted graciously and staff explained and informed us in great detail as to what to expect. we were guided by Ben and he... This was an excellent day spent on the water. After a brief orientation we set out into the 1000 Islands. The tour guide showed the group some basic kayaking skills. There was time for a swim before lunch. The lunch was fresh and delicious. The company offers half day guided tours, but I certainly found the day trip (9 am-4... More

Great day tour, family friendly. Not too intense, a great balance of paddling and some free time for a swim (or short hike) during our stop for lunch. The food was all fresh, wonderful, and beautifully presented. The guides were knowledgeable about the islands, energetic, and friendly. Great day.

I took the three day camping and kayaking tour with 1000 Islands Kayaking in Gananoque on the Civic Holiday long weekend. We stayed on Beau Rivage island and meandered around the island group, going as far as Camelot on the 2nd day. The guides were extremely knowledgeable about the region's history and ecology, and constantly on the lookout for water... More

I booked a long w/e trip with my 2 sister-in-laws. We felt confident we were in good hands with the highly skilled and knowledgeable guides - after all the St Lawrence is big water and can get busy with boat traffic. They were very friendly and hospitable cooking all the meals and washing up the dishes - glamping for sure!... More

We rented a tandem and it was spotless clean and easy to use. They take care of their equipment and offer many choices of trips. We decided to venture on our own with a helpful map and helpful local residents. We got confused in the island and yelled up to a friendly resident to ask what island do you live... More
