It is located not far from the Natural hot spring park which actually has all the pools filled with the hot spring water (in various temperatures). This one is more of a theme park for kids with lots of water slides. Only two of the smaller pools are filled with the hot spring water, the rest is just regular pools. There is a lot of food and beverage options and regular prices.
The entrance fee is different for locals and tourists, so if you traveling with somebody from Bali, make sure they carry their ID so they can get the discount. Kids are not measured by ages but by height, so over 100cm is considered adult.
Ive seen a lot of complaints about the flies, while its true there is a lot, its nothing new in this area. Everywhere we went in the Kintamani area there was a lot of flies.
Park is cashless however you dont need to pay with the wristband, you can use your credit card.

THE VIEW is just about it. Pool itself wasn't at its best condition due to old facilities. The water wasn't as warm as i thought a natural spring water would be. But the view was amazing.
Buy tickets through Traveloka or Tiket.com to get a cheaper price.
you will need to deposit money and they will give you a wrist band with the amount of deposit. Lockers and towels are for rent. 10.0000IDR. Food and bar didn't look interesting. recommend to eat at Kintamani ex: akasa kintamani coffee post swimming.
this place was just all bout the view.

The only good thing about this place is the view. It’s all poor apart from that.

Expensive entry; ravaged with flies; mild ‘spring’ water temperature; less than adequate cleanliness; awfully tacky decor. All this results in wanting to stay well away from the food.

We came here only as our driver brought us here. Would not recommend at all.

We visited the Spa as part of a tour. This was certainly the low point by far!
We were greeted by a smartly dressed concierge but there the luxury ended.
Priced at 300 Idr (£15) incl light breakfast, probably one of the more expensive activity visits in Bali, but it promised lots.
As we were about to pay, we were informed,’sorry 2 pools out of action for maintenance and 3 slides not working. In addition sir we have a fly problem!’ OK at this point we should have turned tail and left but the tour had brought us here so we felt compelled.
As we passed the food vending places the fly problem was evident and little visible action to prevent them was in place.
The changing rooms were filthy, see photos, with shower water squirting all over electrics etc, shower curtains that were appalling.
Let’s be positive the infinity pool was lovely with spectacular views of the volcano. But even this was poorly maintained, chipped paintwork etc and what is with the fibre glass purple elephants everywhere. The hottest pool was entered through a tunnel which was OK until I noticed exposed electrical wires.
We tried the slides that were open, no queues and I had the ‘Olympic Pool’ to myself.
I tried the various food outlets some would not honour the breakfast voucher and the one that would was fly central. Saw one child eating a take away with more flies on her plate than fries.
Why are there cockerels in tiny cages scattered around bizarre!
I’m not a complainer but on exit I did approach staff about my concerns and was directed to the ticket counter. They simply stated you were warned and made the choice to pay and then pointed at a large ‘no refunds’ sign that had appeared. I’m guessing based on the number of complaints being made.
I could go on!
I rarely write negative reviews but this place made me so angry. I have other Bali reviews to write but this one has jumped to the top of the list!
I am not saying don’t visit but hopefully this and the many other reviews posted will help you be better informed.
Needs one huge makeover.

Oh, how I wish I’d seen these reviews before I went there!!!! We asked our hotel driver to take us to a hot springs and then onto elsewhere. He took us directly to this place. I echo everything I’ve read in the recent reviews! Since we had a private car, I should have just said “take us to another” when I saw the price (gee whizz!) but stupidly, didn’t!
Half of the park was closed (contrary to others, we were not even told!), we were pointed to a big sign saying “no refunds” and told about the flies. There was no food vouchers provided either which I understand from some reviews should been provided. Dirty and in need of a refresh (they sure must have the money to do it…).
The only thing worth anything in there is the view (hence the “no refunds” since everyone would take pictures and get out of there).
Thoroughly awful experience and for those that do read visitor reviews before going to these places, heed all these warnings and move on elsewhere!!! Without the view, it’s not even worth 1 star 😞

Not sure whats happened to this place, but it's very strange. Extremely outdated, run down, dirty and impossible to eat with hundreds and hundreds of flies. They also over charge tourists at 300k, it's really not worth the money. The hot spring pool is also warm not hot. I think something needs to be done as it can't go on like that. Only positive is the amazing view and friendly kind staff.

Very poor experience. This is the most expensive attraction we did so far (AUD 90$ for 2 adults and 1 teen) and we are not impressed! All amenities, especially the showers are filthy (they are mushrooms growing in the toilets!). Service is not great. Food is under average. And it’s packed with flies. Hot spring (only 2 pools open the rest is under maintenance) are ok but over crowded. Positive note, the view is nice.

The pools were dirty, crowded, and the surroundings are super tacky that would burn your eyes. Those purple colors decorations are horrible, artificial colorful stones, elephants statues are all super tacky!
Overpriced as well. Tickets are 100K IDR minimum for locals, you only get 1 coconut. And it was NON REFUNDABLE even though we were only there for 5 minutes, then asked for refund because the place was super bad, but they refused to give refund. That must be embarrassing for them if guests asked for refund due to didnt like their place, & they refused it! What a shame.
Never in a million years to come back to this place, even though it's free, NO!
Better spend your money to enjoy beautiful pools in beautiful resorts in Ubud with affordable prices & excellent service, view, & cleanliness.

This place was an absolute nightmare. The driver suggested this place and we trusted him without looking at the pictures or reviews, we expected some sort of template or something like that. When we came there it all looked a bit weird but the cashier rushed us into buying the tickets which are CRAZY EXPENSIVE for what you get. It doesn’t matter if you’re an adult or a child, you pay their fixed price which is around 20€. But that would all be tolerable if you get anything out of it. There are a few pools (which are absolutely crowded) and nothing else really... The view is not so good as you can’t even look at the volcano as you are in the pool. All of the restaurants there are, as you would expect, extremely expensive and not worth the price. Also there are barely any staff around, the lockers that you get are extremely small, there aren’t many toilets and all of them are very dirty, etc...
This was our worst part about the whole trip and our biggest waste of time and money, we still regret going there and trusting the driver to this day. Definitely DO NOT go there!!!

Kind of Disneyland in Bali style, but very sympathic – you get something worth your money (about 20 € entrance fee). Pools are clean, and diverse equipped, lots of restaurants and bars, not crowded (in January). More and cleaner toilets would be appreciated. I would rate it as “perfect” if there were not several roosters, disposed in small cages, each about 30 cm diameter. This is animal cruelity. Attention Management: I will immediately change your rating to “perfect” when you free these poor animals. Place blue elephants in the cages, they are very nice ! Please be so kind and contact me on that issue !
