We had a tour of the facility and learned about how olive oil is made, followed by a tasting. It was well-done and interesting. I bought some tapinades in the shop. Nice stop on the way to Le Baux.

This olive farm has his own show and quit a nice one. The owner offers you to taste all kind of olive oils. We bought several ones because the taste was so good!

We went for a quick stop and got the chance to have a great intro to the olive oil making process and had a great tasting. We loved the infused olive oils. The staff was really nice.
