This was a well organized tour. Due to the tour length, even washroom breaks were planned. It was a beautiful 2 hour boat ride up to the Toba Inlet. Breakfast was provided on board. We detoured for orca and humpback whale sightings. Lunch was provided as part of the tour. I was pleased they were able to provide reusable cups that were sanitized after each use, helping to not contribute to more waste. The tour guides were informative yet respectful of the whales keeping a good distance away. The bear tour guides were informative and they had scouts go out ahead to find bears and give us the best opportunity for sightings. Ample time was provided at the covered watch towers to observe the bears. There was also opportunity for more whale watching on the return trip. The covered boat gave great comfort from the cool air of early morning. But there were also seats available topside for those who wanted to have a fresh view. To keep everyone safe, although outside, we still all wore our masks and felt very safe. It was a memorable day I won’t forget. Sept. When the salmon are running is a great time for grizzly tours.

I just moved to Campbell river a few weeks ago and have been exploring the area. This was a great tour to get out on the water and have a look around. The guide was fantastic, wasn’t rushed and had a lot of informative information. Seeing 7 humpbacks, a pod of dolphins, seals and sea lions catching fish was an incredible way to spend the day. My only suggestion would be to have the option to tip on the booking. I completely left everything but what I needed at home and completely forgot to bring any cash with me😳

Simply put an awesome day on the water. What a great way to have a safe family outing and to see some of natures truly amazing animals. Bradden our guide was well versed in both the history of the area and the q&a of everything we came across. We all loved the sea lions playing in the rapids and the torpedo like dahls porpoise speeding alongside the boat. Orcas, black bear and humpbacks were also on the viewing list for us that day. Thanks from us all, highly recommended.
