I have walked this park's pathways with several friends, and, in an unusual way, it brought a sense of quietude to us, and we suspended talking Progress from creek side open pathways, to woodland raised paths amongst the tree in dappled shade, and moody forest...More

Amazing views along the way. Lots of info materials along the way to better appreciate your surroundings. Great trail with fairly easy and flat terrain. For an extra challenge - go up the Alex Fraser Bridge and back.
