We were visiting some wineries around the South Vancouver area and wandered into this gem. First we saw the alpacas and the llama and then the building. To be honest, we are not huge fruit wine drinkers but had such a good time trying their wines and visiting with the staff there. The peach apricot wine was tasty but we decided to go with the fortified raspberry which we want to use for vinaigrette dressings and over ice cream. The day we were there, they were set up for a cooking class/demonstration and, if we had know they were doing it in advance, we would have stayed for that experience.

This establishment has good fruit wines, they are generous with their free tasting. The building is a historic grainery turned into the store with lots of original wood and antiques. They have a good variety of gourmet foods and the fruit pies are delicious, peach is my favourite. The staff are very helpful and nice.

Despite the tasting room being set-up for a periodic cooking demonstration (check-out their schedule for more of these), we were warmly welcomed and never hurried. Fruit wines are not usually our taste, but we were able to try many and would even have bought more than we did had we not had to travel by air. The dessert raspberry fortified wine is gorgeous and we succumbed to buy (to splash over ice cream and fruit). All in all, a good stop. Check out their llama and alpacas in the meadow!

Unfortunately closed temporarily for renovations. Has been closed for over a year. They also had a fire. I've found their wines & juices to be over-priced.

As I mentioned in the title, we went to the winery twice in 2 months (end of June and early August) when we visited Vancouver from Calgary. First time we went, there was a huge group doing tastings. We didn't mind waiting a bit until they finished as it gave us time to browse the shop but the ladies behind the counter were so nice and invited us to join the group for the tasting. Once the group left, they were more than happy to answer all our questions and gave us another round of tastings! Awesome! Everything was so delicious and we bought a couple bottles of the Blueberry Wine and the Blueberry Reserve. They were a hit when we shared them with family and friends! When we went back a couple of months later, they remembered us and were just as friendly and accommodating as before. Had another round of tastings (because why not?) and bought the Blueberry Wine again (the Reserves were out of season already, too bad) and bottles of their Blueberry and Blackberry dessert wines. No sharing this time! Haha. We will definitely make sure to stop by there again when we visit BC next year. Customers for life!

We were visiting friends in Delta and had some free time so we went to sample some wines and juices at Wellbrook Winery.
They have a nice sized gift shop which also serves as the tasting area.
The hostess informed us that they grow 9 varieties of blueberries. Many of them are organic. The first crop was ready which were excellent for jams. You could pick your own or purchase them already picked.
They had a number of wines available to try and also pure juices.
You can purchase any of the wines or juices you like.
They have a wide variety of items for sale in the gift shop. We bought a blueberry pie which contained 2 pounds of blueberries. We also purchased some pure juice including cherry juice which is supposed to help with sleep.
The juices are available at SaveOn Foods but not in the juice section. They are with the health foods.
The hostess was a lovely lady full of information about their products.
It was a very enjoyable visit.
The pie was amazing.

First off Gaina is so the sweetest lady, She was so nice and helpful love her accent. She got me with the right wine. I got the blueberry wine, quite delicious. The winery itself is nice with lots of options in wine, juices and jams! Did I mention that the wine tastings are free 😃.
If you are traveling they do sell bubble bags to protect the wine. If you like fruit this is definitely worth the stop. They also have their own vineyard.

Good variety of fruit wine & not all of them are sweet either. So if you like sweet or dry wines, they have them both. They have their own vineyard & make their own juices & jams. The juices are sold in stores but don't bear the name Wellbrook. Gayna was really nice & helped us pick the right ones to suit our palate. I did buy a bottle of the Cranberry.

I had never heard of this winery and was introduced to the cooking class. Tonight was amazing with Chef Romy Prasad ( check out his new restaurant in Fort Langley, Fortitude in May).
The food was fabulous, the wine delicious, service by Pat and Karen just lovely, and the location quaint.
I learned a lot and even think I can recreate a couple of the recipes!!
Thank you to Wellbrook, Chef Prasad, Pat and Karen for a wonderful night.

Beautiful presentation of products, great variety, plus warm and welcoming staff. I discovered this quaint winery on a 'farm and culinary' tour. After sampling wines, we bought a bottle of exquisite blackberry wine and blackberry syrup. A great place to visit!
