What made all difference was the driver. He acted exactly like what drivers back in time would do. The streetcar has been restored and maintained beautifully, and the old driver who was operating the car and was providing some narration was lovely and heartwarming. It runs along Lakeside Park with beautiful views. You can get off at any stop that... More

Take a ride on a piece of local history. Will be enjoyed by young and old. Fabulous volunteer drivers. Walk to one end if Lakeside park and ride the historic streetcar back.

We took the streetcar as part of a group tour. The streetcar has been lovingly restored and maintained by a dedicated group of volunteers, some of whom operated the car and provided narration. Our guide was a delightful 94-year-old man who gave us a lively description of the streetcar's history as we rumbled and squeaked our way along part of... More

The 100% run by volunteers streetcar service is heart warming! It's amazing how bunch of people care enough to put their hours in to support this piece of history of their town. Bobby at the museum was so nice to chat to and all the staff was engaged and fun. The cost is just 3$. Super fun fof kids and... More

Loved our ride on the tram. It was a well kept carriage with the driver and conductordressed in traditional uniform. The tram was clean and ran well. It went from the town to the bridge not far but very interesting. Worth getting off at the beautiful park , it is a glorious park. You can go for a walk and... More

Haven't seen much advertising for the tram which is surprising as it really is special. The ride takes you from the prestige waterside hotel past the back of the walmart etc where the tram has a brief stop then on to the lovely gardens and tea shop. Not a long stretch - I'm guessing about 15 minutes. Really quaint and... More
