Had a blast on the ropes course and zip lines. There are three levels to advance through, with options to stop along the way. The guides were all knowledgeable, helpful and super friendly. Occasionally there was a bit of a wait but overall it moved along smoothly. We spent about 2 hours to do all three levels. If you aren’t participating, you can still follow along and take photos. Running shoes are a must! We didn’t purchase the gloves but my husband got some pretty bad rope burn so probably would have been worth it. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Stopped on drive from AB to Kamloops, perfect way to break up a trip and get some movement in. Did the sky course in two hours from gear up to. Implore finish of the course. Arrived at 11 and wasn’t as busy which was great course has some fun “games” to cross and a few challenging ones. Our guide Ariel was super fun and informative. She encouraged everyone through the course and we all finished. You aren’t left alone and are guided throughout. You never unclimbed with their system. Wear good shoes, runners required and bring bike gloves for your hands on the course to prevent rope burn sensations on some the course. Our kids 10-15 had no problem with the course. We saw some adults struggling a bit at the end. Hydrate lots before as it is warm and can be a bit smoky in the air. The wind was blowing in the right direction so we weren’t bothered by the smoke

We had Tom as our guide for the day. What an amazing asset he is to this team. The instructions from the very beginning were on par with people with no experience and with the added fear of heights, he was great with encouragements and instructions.
Even though we (mostly me) was denied a tequila shot for courage while I was 20 feet up in the trees, I would consider doing this again. Also thank you to the other guy (sorry I never did ask your name) for saving my life as I didnt go fast enough on my last zipline so didnt quite make it to the platform and wasnt able to pull myself up the rope. From the beginning of our day with the ladies in the office giving our helmets and taking our gear after our day....to Tom and his quick smile and all around great attitude in dealing with our group of 4. This was a day to remember.

We have arrived at the reception where the very unhelpful employee told us that our teenagers can do only sky tower combo and that the little ones can do only kids combo. After we went to the climbing walls the employee at the wall told us that the little ones could actually do the climb wall, so we had to go back at the reception and buy new tickets. After we finished the wall the kids wanted to go to the sky course but we were told that the teenagers can actually go with a parent but it is too late now because last ride is at 4pm. Kids were very disappointed that the lady at the reception did not give us the proper information when we have arrived. We have wasted our day. The stop is not worth it!

Hello Delia,
Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We are sorry you did not receive the SkyTrek experience we aim to provide to all guests.
We clearly didn’t provide all the information about activities available to your children upon your initial arrival at SkyTrek. Had we understood that both parents and children were willing to participate in activities when you arrived, we would have been more than happy to accommodate your family on the SkyCourse. This was our misunderstanding.
We want all of our guests to enjoy as many activities in the tress as possible. We hope that one day we will earn the opportunity to see you and your family back at the park again.
Warm regards

Visited sky trek with my husband, it’s located with the enchanted forest off the highway. We had been wanting to visit for several years so it work really went to plan the stop here. The staff were wearing masks and they had signs suggesting you social distance but otherwise doing nothing to maintain Covid regulations. Everyone was standing very close to one and other and you’re obviously touching a lot of surfaces and not able to wash your hands or for them to be sanitized between uses. The obstacle course was fun and in some parts fairly difficult but several people really held things up making some waits from one obstacle to the next more than 10 minutes and this was pretty frequent. We visited on a Thursday so I imagine over the weekend it’s a bit crazy and that definitely isn’t an ideal situation as I’m sure you’d be doing a lot of standing around.

First time doing such an insane activity. Last time doing such an insane activity. I don't feel the need to scare myself like this anymore. It took much longer than I thought it would take, I though maybe 45 minutes or an hour. I'm sure we were up there for 3. There were frequent traffic jams and with Covid, you are no longer allowed to get close enough to people ahead of you to pass. I couldn't figure out why we had to wait so many times but it happened. Finally we skipped the last two "obstacles" which looked pretty tough anyway and escaped the course. Kids love it and probably don't mind the waits as much as an old guy like me. Had a good time overall though

Stopped in to check it out. Looked amazing so we got the grandkids tickets to do the children's course. It was awesome. They got geared up and clipped in just like the adult course. It had numerous challenges. The 7 year old twins loved it. Next time thru....we plan to do the adult course. Height and weight restrictions apply.

While we had fun and the employees were great, my daughter caught lice from the helmet. When I called to inform, they claimed it was unlikely because they wipe them down with dawn dish soap and warm water. We won’t go back to the adventure park again.

After 2 years our family finally was able to afford this adventure. I have Three kids and a husband who wanted to try the adult course. Over $250 dollars, but the kids were having a blast. A freek wind storm blew in and the Supervisor told us to wait to see if the wind would die down to go back on the course.( We hadn't even started the main course yet)
She joked to the other guides,"I guess you guys get to go home early." She said it in a way that rubbed about 20 of us the wrong way. We assumed we would get out money back or a raincheck for another day because it was to dangerous to continue that day. She told us sorry your are all out of luck, no refunds or rainchecks. So, they got to keep all our money and didn't provide the service to us. I understand not letting anyone finish the course that day, but to keep our money. You should be ashamed. Now, not only did you upset 20-30 parents , those parents will tell everyone about there experience at Sky Trek that day and the lack of customer service. So if you happen to go during a windy day or there is a chance of a storm, dont go. They will keep your money and you will be $37 a person poorer.

Overall well run park and fun ropes courses but the height information provided on the website and the tapeline is incorrect. High ropes are available for people over 1.4m which converts to over 4'7" (not the 4'6" advertised). Also kids course is available for kids under 4'7" (not the 4'5" advertised). Obviously no leniency which I understand for safety reasons, but make the information accurate please as we drove the distance based on the information provided. No response to my email to update the website so I'm posting this here to let people know.

Hi, I am just wondering how the Skytrek Adventure Park compares to the Aerial Park at Revelstoke Mountain Resort. Which is better?
I'll be travelling in August with a 13 year old and an 11 year old.

We are planning a trip through this area this summer and we are planning on stopping at the Skytrek Adventure park, we are wondering on average how long do people generally spend at your park? We are travelling with our 4 and 6 year old kids and we want to plan for enough time.
Thanks,
Written May 17, 2017
I would plan on 2- 4 hours depend on the age. If you children are 7 and older you can easily spend 4 hours on Aerial Trekking Courses and The Adventure Tower Combo.
For smaller children still minimum 2 hours to enjoy the unlimited Jungle Gym and Kinds Tree Adventure.
See you in the trees!

Hi,
I'm looking at getting my brother a voucher for his 30th birthday. He's a bit of an adrenaline junky.. He doesn't arrive to Revelstokw until November. Are ye open all year round? Do ye do gift vouchers over the Internet? And what would the cost he for the biggest adrenaline rush course?
Thanks.
