Recently my boyfriend and I booked a BC Ferries Vacation package for Spring Break. Our first choice in Parksville was unavailable for the dates we were travelling so we went with our second choice in Victoria. The package was for 3 nights at the Chateau Victoria Hotel and Suites with roundtrip ferry. We added on a night in Parksville so... More

We took our two grandsons to Victoria for a few days. We stayed at Chateau Victoria Hotel. The hotel was lovely and staff very friendly. The room was a 1-bedroom with a Queen in the livingroom as well. Lots of room. Had a great view of the ocean. Kids loved the swimming pool. The only tiny complaint I would have... More

What a great way to visit the island. Packages are well priced including roundtrip ferry and accommodations at various hotels, often resulting in the hotel being extremely reasonable compared to if you were to book the hotel separately. The time we booked, one of the Spirit vessels went down for maintenance and fortunately, but unfortunately, was replaced by the Coastal... More

They were on time, comfortable, and provided good service. The only downfall is that it was quite expensive for a family of four and a vehicle.

Tswassen to Duke Point is a great way to avoid travelling through the busy areas of Vancouver. Well organized on both sides & a pleasant way to travel.

Very pleasant journey, had lunch at the terminal before going on the ship. Nice soup and sandwich at two outlets. Ferry left on time, quite busy but lots of seats. Deck staff very pleasant. Return journey arrived early and just as comfortable all together. We did not eat on the ferries.

Really good on board cafe - lots of selection for hot food, breakfast & lunches/refreshments. Left on time and we had wonderful views on the whole journey - go up to the top deck and take photos, it is beautiful.

Its nothing flash but with inside seating out of the weather or being able to walk around outside it's a good way to travel from Vancouver to Victoria Island. Buses and cars are accommodated below, passengers up top. There are shop on the ferry & when we crossed the captain made an announcement that there were whales to our left.... More

Along the sunshine coast you cannot do witout them. Weather permitting you will enjoy great scenery and have plenty photo ops. It is recommended to plan ahead and book your ferries online. Also make sure to get there at least 45 minutes in advance, if you get there to close to boarding, you will pay a surcharge. During the peak... More

Hi PhilippeM10, Thank you for your review. Our routes provide a fantastic backdrop for photo ops and if you catch a ferry when it's cloudy or raining, you get the real local experience. I have to agree that booking a reservation is a great idea especially during peak times. Although there is an additional fee to book a reservation, there... More

Efficient, clean etc BUT only one crappy food option! Huge line. Not enough food. Why don't you have more kiosks and vendors like at Departure Bay? Also rainy out and not enough space For the very one inside. Get with it. At least we do t have a sailing wait. Teenagers and others could actually starve in line!
