Clean bathrooms. Terrible carpenter ant problem though - crawling everywhere throughout the park ...up our chairs, table vehicle and onto us unknowingly. Crawling all over main bathroom floors. Camp management not monitoring delinquent campers stripping bark off trees while giving warnings to others about leaving clean cup on table overnight.

Alice Lake Provincial Park
Squamish
Nice campground, ruined by ignorant off leash dog owners.
Stayed in the Campground for four days mid week until checkout Saturday morning, very nice campground our sites had power and were close to washrooms with showers. The only downside was on Friday evening several campers coming in for the weekend either were incapable of reading or just selfishly didn’t care about the multitude of signs indicating dogs to be leashed “AT ALL TIMES WHILE IN THE PARK”, Where do these jerks come from? Unfortunately there were no park employees around to observe this abhorrent behaviour and kick these disrespectful ignoramus’s out.

This was our first campground after collecting our rented RV in Vancouver, it’s an easy jump from Vancouver so ideal for first time RVers like us! The campsite that we booked had a power hookup which was ideal, and we were delighted with how spacious the sites were. Although there were other people around, the sites were very well spaced and it was quiet.
We were also pleasantly surprised with the shower block. It seems to have been recently renovated and was very clean and tidy with great hot water.
All in all, a great experience for first time RVers like us!

With a mini Bike Track, nice playground park, trails, multiple lakes and all the comforts of home, how could this not be a great weekend with the fam? I was SHOCKED when we were told the dog wasn't allowed on the trails and Gary, the resident weirdo park ranger, picked our site to hate for the entire weekend. Even going so far as to have the RCMP visit AFTER we had done what he asked with no guff. (We are not troublemakers!). Additionally, this was the first time I have stayed at a provincial campground where they charged us $60 a night for 2 families to share a regular site.

Why would anyone want to go there?
Alice lake is crowded with tourists and full of green trees and blue water and fresh air.
And the campsites are in the shade of the green trees
where the birds are singing in the morning.

Wonderful time hiking with my 13yr old daughter. Lakes so beautiful and tranquil. Only Alice lake has picnic areas and a little shop for drinks and ice cream. Route is well marked up, great for beginners alike approx distance is 6.5km

Alice Lake Provincial Park is right off the highway out of Squamish. Alice Lake itself is highly accessible, with parking lot, campground, concession stand, docks and roped-off swimming areas and sandy beach. But even better than Alice Lake is the Four Lakes Trail. It is largely flat and wide, a bit more than 6km, much of it meanders past streams and through old growth forests-trees and rocks covered with moss and fern. The woods have a wonderful "hush" like the great sequoia forests (ok-with smaller, less dramatic trees). The trail takes about 3-4 hours but is easy. On a hot sunny day like the one we hiked it, there was an alpine lake just when you needed to cool off. I swam in all of them-Alice, Stump, Fawn, and Edith, though some have easier access into the water than others. We loved this hike. Getting to enjoy alpine lakes without the hard-core hiking-not easy to do! This trail is very easy on the knees. Bring water and a picnic, and take your time enjoying the peaceful lakes.

Even though we live close by we camped here for several days. It is clean, kid friendly and is surrounded by trails for hiking and biking

The four lakes hike is 6 km of easy trails and walking. The lakes are pretty. Do the loop so that you do Alice Lake last, otherwise you will have some steep uphill switchbacks. Alice Lake is also the most crowded with people, since it has a beach. The others are just for looking. Great place!

We have been here many times, it's only 45 minutes from home.
The sites are all large and the campground is well kept.
The loud campers are non existent. Nice.
We have a tent trailer so we now go for the power sites.
A little pricey to camp today though, it was almost $90 for the 2 nights.
$6 for each day for the res, and $8 a day for power.
The showers are free though, and of course wood is not free anymore so you must buy or supply your own, the latter is what we do.
The lake is beautiful, but always a little windy.
Watch the kids and poor swimmers as there is no lifeguard and the lake drops off just off the shore very steeply and has claimed several lifes.
There are 2 flots to swim to and take in the sun.
The swimming area is roped off and no power boats are allowed.Nice.
There is a nice beach across the lake that is accesible for all campers.
The best thing I found this year is they replaced the horrible old play ground with a new one that looks like a tree fort, and they built a large, and really fun bike track for kids. My kids loved the bike track the most.
Weekends are very busy and for the rest of the summer it will be a battle to get a spot to camp.
The is a nicely rated camp site called ":Paradise Valley Campground" 8 kilometers away. $35.00 per night with power and no res. fee.
Hope this helps.

I also cannot answer this question, but what I do know is Alice Lake is a government Park and would not normally have commercial businesses in the park. Squamish is only 3 miles south, where I believe you would have better luck in renting sports equipment. All the best out on the lake.
