Great local produce at great prices. Loads of fresh veggies, sausage rolls, cheese, beautiful flowers, and much more...always love buying local and prices are fabulous.

We were only in Cobourg Friday night and wanted to be on the road by 9. Got to the market at 7am and found out they don’t open til 8:00. Wandered around the beach and marina and came back for some good veggies...but not bargains. Loved the shiitake mushroom people...bought a log to take home to grow my own!

Cobourg Farmers Market is a wonderful place to go on Saturday morning! You will find the usually vegetables, cheese, meat, bakef goods, crafts, flowers, plus some wonderful hard to find items like sprouts, foraged items and organic items. Have your breakfast at the market as they have grilled items available as well as sausage rolls and the like. Don't forget to go across the road to the Millstone Bakery...which is divine!!!!

It is an outdoor market and has been at its current site for well over a hundred years. The market is full of local vendors. Some selling the produce grown on their family farms. Others a huge variety of homemade product such as cakes, pies and jams. Still other vendors sell homemade crafts and jewellery. You can also purchase lunch from one of the beef vendors.
