Beautiful park to walk in. It has a lake with a river flowing into it, ducks, geese, and lots of pathways. The children's section is very large. It has one section for older kids, an interesting younger children's area and a splash pad. There is a local music bar/restaurant within the park called 'The Boathouse'.

This is a great park for an afternoon or lunch time visit. Visit Vincenzo's in Waterloo and get sandwiches and other picnic goodies and come to the park for lunch. There are numerous seating areas available. There is also an excellent play-structure for the children. For adults, there is plenty of room away from the play area and splash pad... More

My grandkids love the playground area over by the pavilion. They have climbing equipment, swings, slides, and a splash pad. You can also go for a walk in the woods. Lots of ducks and geese to watch. Equipment is new, and grounds well kept.
