Our group of 7 had an enjoyable (Tuesday) cruise of the South Channel to Craganmore Restaurant on the Chippewa III. The table service was efficient with refreshments (beer, wine, alcohol, coffee & soft drinks) served with a smile. The staff on the boat certainly made us feel welcome. The scenery was spectacular, the weather was perfect & the experience unforgettable.... More

Out on Georgian Bay travelling on a former "Maid of the Mist", now the Chippewa III for a sunset cruise...add in great people and the whole trip was awesome! Very friendly Captain who happily spoke with people on a wide range of voyage-related topics. Friendly crew that did their very best to make things right for everyone. A First-Mate that... More

Last night we went on a dinner cruise and the sunset was incredible. The staff provide an experience that cannot be duplicated. A very intimate atmosphere. Bring your sweater in case it cools down near sunset. Book as a group of four or six to have your own table.

When everything goes right, it's hard to make a bad review, even if things could have been better. This is not the first cruise we've enjoyed on Lake Huron. While it is a full-service offering, there are many drawbacks. First, the view is fantastic. However, having said that, some of the views can be reached without being on a boat.... More

I very much enjoyed my dinner cruise, the staff were very friendly and it was a beautiful trip. It was a lovely atmosphere and now I can remove this from my bucket list. I would definitely recommend this to friends.

Only runs July to September, but the sunset dinner cruises are not to be missed. We were lucky to get on the last dinner cruise of the season. Fantastic!

Sunset cruise was excellent. This has the appearance of a family business (not sure if that is the case) and everyone involved is very friendly. The ship began life as a "Maid of the Mist", so it is more than capable of navigating the 30,000 islands. It's true that it is a smaller ship than the one used by the... More

We enjoyed the sunset dinner cruise. The crew was welcoming and friendly, and the captain give interesting factoids about the various places we passed by. The dinner simple and tasty and my special dietary needs were catered for. The wine list was sufficiently extensive for a boat cruise and the bar was generally well stocked. The boat is small enough... More

Fantastic captain and crew. There is nothing like being out on the water. The boat has a nostalgic feel that exudes the personality and character that comes with its heritage. I would recommend the Chippewa!
