We visited in late September and the Aspens and fall foliage were spectacular. The trails were marked a lot, but not very well. They could improve the clarity of the trail markings. We don't mind sharing trails with mountain bicyclists, but they might consider reserving...More

Very bad signage for the walks we wanted to do. There were a few groups of people wandering around because the signs for nearby walks were unclear

Great views and clearly a favourite with families and their bikes or to explore the trails on ski's. Also saw a group of children enjoying the shooting range for bi athletes. But as a person with limited mobility I found it difficult. Took the children...More

It's pretty safe to have snow in the Rockies in March. In addition, they make artificial snow for the trails for cross country skiing if it should ever not snow. I have lived in Canmore for 20 years. And so far, there has... More

The trails marked Green are kid friendly. Some of the Green paths are paved and mostly flat. You will find maps inside the visitor centre.
