I went there today and the cafe was closed unfortunately. It's closed in the whole of September, January and May too. Would have been good to know that beforehand... It looked amazing from the outside though. Shame I couldn't go in...

Had lunch here with family the other day. Great corn chowder and good sandwiches. Noisy when busy, but that can’t be changed. Fun to look at all the candy jar selections.

Absolutely love this little village! The Clayburn store offers lots of treats and the customer service is friendly at all times. Love the little church and old school. Both are used for a number of social activities.

I always take my visitors here for lunch or for their deli ours baked goods. I love the scones with Devonshire Cream and jam. The gift shop is wonderful and you can buy old fashioned candy or cheeses.

Take our kids here when it’s treat day and the selection is the best around. The cafe serves some really nice cakes and afternoon teas while your kids are shopping!
