Pagoda Ridge Golf Course

About
The par 72, 18 hole course plays just beyond 7000 yards from the back tees. The fairways are well defined, with 40 strategically placed bunkers and water hazards in play on more than half of the 18 holes. These add to the degree of difficulty, while the open greens make Pagoda Ridge an enjoyable place to play. The bent grass greens are large and inviting, tempt the "go for it" attitude yet often rewarding the more accurate approach shots. The Asian infused architecture creates a memorable, unique experience that is unprecedented by any other course in the Fraser Valley. As you advance through the park-like grounds, walk upon the replica "Great Wall Of China" and past an authentic Chinese Fighting Ship, the Pagoda style architecture will provide you with a surreal sense that you have entered a mystical golf destination. -

Outstanding

I had been a member of the Morgan Creek Golf course from 1997 to 2009, A member of the Okanagan Golf Club from 2009 to 2014. I joined Pagoda Ridge in 2017 and I have been a senior member since that time. It has been my best experience in golf in the last 12 years. The Golf course is in outstanding condition and the entire staff always create a welcoming atmosphere each time I play. I cannot wait for Friday for my next game

The best golf course in the lower mainland for drainage/dryness. Reasonable fees. Friendly staff. Great food service.

Rough rough
Sep 2019 • Friends
I played this golf course for the first time the other day. Was looking very forward to it. Not a long track but looked fun. I’m a 12 hcp , so i play an ok game

I’ve played courses such as Beth Page Black , Pebble Beach , Rivera and many more top ranked courses.

This course is supposed to be a public course for all levels to play. I played with two people who are better than new but are working hard at getting better

This course blew it for all of us.

First of all they had recently punched the greens but didn’t tell us. They were crap Second no senior discount. Third but most importantly was the length of the rough. No one could play a shot out of it. It was at least 4 inches deep everywhere. We lost balls that just rolled into it. Play was slow because we had to search for balls every time we were more than a foot off the fairway.

The superintendent here must not be a golfer.

Completely unfair and no fun to play

Terrible Customer Service
Sep 2019 • Friends
The course itself was challenging and fun.
However, the treatment our foursome received from the on-course “player assistant” was appalling.
We were chastised for pulling the cart off a cart path to let the player assistant pass by.
Then we were held ransom at the 10th tee while the player assistant demanded to see our receipts to ensure we had all paid to play 18 holes.
None of us had ever experienced such rude interactions with anyone on a golf course.
I certainly won’t be back to Pagoda until they can figure out how to treat their guests; which is unfortunate because the course itself is really unique and challenging.

Amazing course

Fantastic course, this is a hidden gem in the frasr valley. Family owned and boy do they know how to serve a hot dog. The Brown family and staff treat you like a King on the outside deck with cold beer and great tasting food from the kitchen. The marshalls in the filed offer advice and plenty of ice cold water to keep you hydrated. This golf course in one of my personal favorites and a great track to walk as well. Get ready t snap many photos of the beatiful wild life and their signature "Wall of China"

Sunday foursome
Jul 2019
We had a 7:30 tee time. The fairways were nice and well groomed. Morning dew may have taken a few yards off our drives. The greens were quick and fairly difficult. Very nice. The sand traps were not well raked they could use more sand. Probably from recent rain. The course seems a bit unfinished with the Great Wall needing some work and the cart paths are gravel. All in all it is a very enjoyable track quite level with options for golfers of all levels.

Great Conditions

I am tired of Vancouver area golf courses that are scruffy and poorly maintained and then charge green fees that are far too high.
Pagoda Ridge is the exception.
Excellent fairways and greens at a fair price.
Worth the drive!

Manager at Pagoda Ridge {Connor} told me before I started my round of golf that the shuttle cart between hole#10 and #11 was broke down. I was given the choice of using a golf cart from #10 to #11 and leaving it there at #11.Or i could use the cart for the entire back nine free of charge.Considering the heat and the smoke from the forest fires I probably would not have been able to finish my round. Also the course marshall kept coming around asking if people needed some cold water to drink.i have played a lot of courses and have never had a course do this before! More than 2 thumbs up!!!
Thanks!

10th green a million dollar view
Jul 2018 • Friends
We started with a beer and sandwich. Friendly staff, good food and cold beer. Pro shop staff were also inviting and made us feel welcome. The course was in great shape. However the cost to play is too pricey for the area. Although an unique ambiance with the Chinese theme and the view from the 10th green the price to pay deters me from returning. Also be patient with the golf Marshall. He is more interested ensuring your cart is parked properly rather than keeping the pace of golf in check. Definitely a course to play at least once.
