Nice layout - greens are BAD!

I’m a 12 handicap players, definitely not the best, BUT when you play a course you expect some consistency on the greens. Honestly these are about the longest grass, shaggiest, bumpiest I have EVER played at a course of this caliber and price. These are not recently punched, talking with members the greens are always like this. Go north up the valley, play Summerland, Fairview, Nk’Mip golf courses, equally challenging MUCH better greens. Too bad, head greens keeper mustn’t be a golfer that’s for sure.

We have loved the two 18s here. Both a fair test of any golfer with great views from both courses. A do not miss on the okanagan golf trail. A fabulous start or finish to any trip. Taken many guests here and we ALWAYS HAVE A GREAT DAY!!

Two great Courses
Oct 2020
Enjoyed both courses - the golf shop personal were friendly and the green fees very reasonable. Tee times were easily available. Both courses have their challenges, both in great shape and lots of interesting holes.

This is a challenging time for everyone.
Played 9 holes on the Park Meadows course today.
We were greeted at the entrance to the parking lot to determine if we had a tee time.
Signage indicated where the staging areas were for each of the courses.
Only one person allowed in the Pro Shop at a time.
Hand sanitizer available at the door and instructions clearly posted.
Marshall gave additional guidelines us about distancing. And he checked to make sure the previous foursome had teed off before we could proceed.
All staff/volunteers were upbeat.
My score could have been better, but the Osoyoos Golf Club is doing a great job.
Thank you.

Challenging.
Aug 2019
As I don't get out very, the course cost me a few balls. There are two courses at this club. The desert course requires a cart as it runs all over the hills. It has given me more incentive to practice. Maybe I will also try the easier course first. Green fees were reasonable and the pro shop were helpful and friendly.

Challenging Course
Aug 2019
We played the desert meadows course. There was lots of change in terrain and desert vegetation. Cart was absolutely essential given the track and the distances between green and tee. Views were great. The uphill holes are difficult. And a couple of holes feature blind tee shots which are always interesting. Would play here again.

Thank you for the kind review Al. We are so glad you enjoyed your time on the Desert Gold and hope to see you again; perhaps you'll get the chance to try the Park Meadows; a little less challenging, but equally as interesting, we're told.

Wow! Wow! Beautiful golf course!!

This is my new favorite course in B.C. We had a great game, on manicured fairways and greens. Bunkers are soft sand, and no weeds in site. Lovely flowers are planted all around the site, the views are spectacular.

Hit it Straight!
Apr 2019 • Friends
The Park Meadows 18 is a challenging track for those of us who frequently hit a curved ball. The rough is very thick and most holes on the front nine are tree lined. If you hit the rough you will get a bogey at best. The back nine is more open but has higher rough and some out of bound areas. The greens are average being a little bumpy. We played in April so maybe they will smooth out as the season progresses.

Played both 18

Both 18 are very good. I enjoyed the desert coarse because it is the old school layout. The 9 th hole or turn some call it is not at the clubhouse. It’s way out and then you start the 10 th. Same design as waskasui . Have Fun

Georgeous views, challenging courses
Apr 2019 • Couples
Both golf courses are challenging and different. Very hilly, most people use a cart, lounges has short hours in the spring. Food is standard pub fare.
