Our family (2 young kids) rented a boat and tube here. Must say the front desk staff was actually nice. All the equipment looks to be managed by teenagers (no offense). Boat condition was terrible. All seats ripped, glove box fell off, ladder was held by a piece of old rope and the boat was dirty inside. This thing should... More

Took 2 kayaks out in the morning. It was nice for kayaking just out from the shoreline, no bothers from the boaters on the lake. The kayaks were free because we were staying at the Holiday Inn. Later I took a paddle board out, it was $20 for an hour. I paddled just outside the swim area and had a... More

This place was overall not too bad. The service was great, we rented a speed boat and a tube for 2 hours. They set everything up and the boat was on decent shape. I've been on better boats but it was nice and worked well for us. I can't speak for any of the other negatives but there were several... More

The generally negative reviews are fair warning this is not the best choice for boat rental in Osoyoos. The boats are in poor shape. Our twin jet boat wouldn't get up on a plane and bilge pump ran almost all the time. Limited accessories - asked for a ski when reserving but they were out when we arrived. They charge... More

We rented 3 boats. The first boat broke down twice and we finally were given a boat that could go over 5km an hour without smoking. The second boat we had to tow from 3/4 of the way out, and when we asked for a discount, they charged us for the majority of the time we spent floating without power... More

We wanted to rent a boat for a few hours, we looked at the boats they had to offer and quickly decided that this place was a joke. I've rented many boats on different lake over the years and these guys should not be in business at all, they don't maintain there boats at all. By reading other reviews I... More

My wife and I rented a double kayak for two hours, and were impressed with both the friendly, efficient service and the low cost of the outing (which included lifejackets). I note that there are some concerns written here about power boats, but I can certainly recommend this place for leisurely kayaking.

Although we had a great afternoon on the lake, I felt compelled to share that the boat rental itself was more than disappointing. We were excited to enjoy time with a 320 HP jet boat only to find it dirty and lacking ANY working gauges. We had no functioning gas gauge, depth finder OR speedometer so were at the mercy... More

Since the depth meter wasn't working on our boat we were stock in the middle of nowhere for a while. Originally we were supposed to pay 144 for an hour but they charged is 600 dollars for labor, change of parts and extra gas. The workers told us that they understand that the situation was not fair but the owner... More

Located adjacent to the Holiday Inn & Suites, this small marina/boat rental place, this place is very convenient but has a lot of internal problems it seems. The counter staff seemed very confused and inefficient in getting clients ready for their rentals. Not sure what the problem was exactly, but it took forever to get our waverunner and everyone (6...
