Great community theatre offering lots of different types of entertainment from dramatic/musical/indie plays to concerts and comedies. I go for the plays and always enjoy the productions. The seats have been updated and are a lot more comfortable than they used to be. There are no bad views, it is a small theatre so your seat is always close to... More

This is a great little community theatre which also has an art gallery. The plays & musicals that are shown here are wonderful & of exceptional quality. The theatre is next to LaFarge Park which now has an outdoor theatre so we are expecting some great outdoor shows this coming season. All of this is close to the Evergreen line... More

Our local theatre just seems to be getting better and better! If you were here a long time ago, you might recall the seats in the theatre being awful.... no more! Watch their website for local events including free art gallery shows, become a member and/or volunteer. Lots happening here.

We visit the centre about six times a year. We've experienced some fantastic plays and musicals. It's a great venue so close to home with reasonable entertainment.

The Evergreen Cultural Centre is versatile, has classes, volunteer opportunities and local play. Also located right next to the Le Farge lake, and close to tranist and mall, such a beautiful central location!

We have attended about 6 events/programs at the Evergreen Cultural Centre. They have all been wonderful. There is something for everyone and it is nice that we don't necessarily need to go into Vancouver for great quality programming.

We've seen two musicals here but left at intermission due to the rows being so close together it was very uncomfortable. My husband could barely walk with knee pain. First we tried the main floor, your knees are almost to your chest. Next time we tried one of the side balconies, wasn't any better. My neck and back were hurting... More

The last show I saw at the Evergreen I wasn't impressed with the potty mouthed comedians, but the venue (cafe style) was awesome. I have however, seen many plays that I've loved there and happy that the art gallery next door is usually open to pass through before a show!!

I have visited Evergreen on a number of occasions, for Fine Arts displays and concerts. My main criticism is that the seats in the theatre when I visited were very uncomfortable.
