A great place to walk around the lake and take in the holiday lights. A leisurely 10-15 minute loop so you can walk around multiple times. It’s also just a few minutes walk from the sky train to get to the lake!

Once again Coquitlam parks and rec staff have outdone themselves in a beautiful light display around Lafarge Lake in Coquitlam. Easy to get to, just drive and park or go on the Evergreen Line to the last stop and the lake is right there down...More

A great free family event at Christmas. The lights are beautiful and it is a nice walk around the lake. There were limited concessions available (hot chocolate, popcorn, mini donuts).

Christmas is usually a very expensive time for most families but the Lafarge Lake Christmas walk is free and enjoyable for very young families and seniors. Very well lit but take your time to appreciate all the beautiful lights.

Beautiful little lake walk and around Christmas time when it is all lit up, fantastic! Great for a quick walk or jog if you are short of time.

I live very close to Lafarge lake and often, walk, walk a dog or run around the lake. It’s a nice spot and at times can be busy.
