Come here to picnic, throw a frisbee around, walk your dog, or hike the trails. There’s something for everyone. There’s a beautiful stroll along the river and lots of green space to relax in. Get there early on weekends as it’s a popular spot!

All the hikes in Vancouver appear pretty much the same to me. Big trees, lots of underbrush, dirt trails, stones, mountains. It's all the same and this park is no different. The only reason I come here is to swim in the pool. It's not...More

Drive the long road to the end, park, and then picnic by the river, walk along the Seymour River, or hike the Lynn Loop trail (2 hours). This is a beautiful spot with crystal clear water and is definitely worth a visit.

There are lots of great walking and running trails hear, Late October and early November are awesome for mushroom viewing. The Varley trail is a must, it runs parallel to the Seymour River.

My kids grew up hiking here. We far preferred this Suspension Bridge, much less touristy than Capilano Suspension Bridge. You can find your way to the rocky riverside, sit in a huge boulder and let the roar of the river wash away your cares.

So lucky to have this practically in my back yard! This is like walking through Harry Potters forest and then with the rushing water, you expect to see Hobbits! It's truly amazing, great for a family afternoon!

Great for hiking throughout most of the year. It has a variety of trails with different distances and difficulty levels. Parking is very limited, so get there early.
