We had a good day was beautiful to sit and relax and clear the mind. The powerful sound of the water going down is kind of cool.

A beautiful place to enjoy nature, walk a bit and enjoy the view. A great stop for those coming back from Grouse Mountain.

Cool to be able to walk to look down at the powerful surge of water tumbling way down. Beautiful setting, good parking and some nice picnic places as well.

The trails here are so beautiful. The trees are gorgeous and some gigantic. If you like to hike and don't mind a hill or two, this is a gem of a park.

Visited Capilano River Park on a very rainy day and late in the evening, therefore didn’t get a chance to check out the hatchery nor any of the trails. But having seen the dam, I’m sure I’ll be back here to see more! Very easy...More

Easy to drive to. Easy to park. lots of trails round the lake and through the forest. Toilet block at entrance. Good for kids. Nice views. Well marked trails. Great for dog walking

There is no construction on the dam, nor the park beside it. . . There might be some road work on the road that goes up to it, but it will allow traffic thru because it goes to major tourist attractions . . . well worth any... More

I believe there are some bus stops but I too had a rental car, it's literally 4 minutes from the bridge, but what a sight. I think a taxi can take you there, it's truly on the same road 4-5 minutes
