In my opinion this is the best public course out there. Nice greens, some great holes and amazing scenery. It's a good day of exercise if you walk it. If you see a ball in the pond, on the first hole, it's mine. Go play.

Northlands golf course is a beautiful round of golf. Scenic holes over water, hugging forests, or passing man made waterfalls; it has a lot to look at. Often you will see deer grazing during an early round. It is a challenging course if you are used to open and flat fairways. Since the course is nestled on the side of... More

Challenging course. If you want a good workout, walk it. Greens are fast and in nice shape. You won't be disappointed.

This a great little golf course, in that it is only par 63....but plays like a large course. It is very hilly and you can rent buggies if you want, or you can take a golf push cart. The greens and course were in a great condition and there was little waiting when we played. There is a bar restaurant,... More

I've played a lot of courses around the lower mainland and Northlands may be one of the more challenging courses. What makes it challenging is if you at all are off the fairway or second cut, your ball is gone or so bad you wish it was gone. that being said, it has a great feel to it and the... More

Having played some of BC's top ranked courses (Tobiano, Greywolf, Chateau Whistler) we actually found this course the toughest course of the lot! We made the mistake of walking - don't!! We play on a hilly course back home but this one was a tough walk, and there seemed to be a lot of uphill holes, including a punishing par... More

We played on the afternoon of Saturday Aug 22nd and had to walk off after 16 holes as we at that point were well over Five hours. This is a beautiful, challenging course that we love to play as much as possible on weekdays. The management and marshals need to be more aware & diligent of playing time on weekends.... More

Great condition and layout is stunning. Huge amount of up and down and narrow fairways due to trees. You are essentially on Mt Seymour in the forest. Love this course.

Played Northlands recently notwithstanding the heat. Started early in the morning and finished by noon. The District keeps this course in excellent shape for a public course. The course is well groomed and the greens are in excellent shape. The course is challenging but still playable for a novis or hacker. The views are wonderful. I would certainly recommend the... I'm not much of a golfer but I did enjoy a recent round here. Lots of terraine, plenty of ups and downs - some narrow fairways but generally a beautiful course. The course marshalls kept us on pace - we were done in 4.5 hours easy...
