This is the place locals go to! It beats the crowds in Stanley Park and it is far more intimate to be. It has plenty hike trails, some which lead to Lynn Creek. Gorgeous!

Great for kids. Nice hikes and best of all, it's free! Go early, it's nuts on the weekends. The swimming spots are fun, but please don't jump off the cliffs. NS rescue doesn't need the extra work.

I had never been on a suspension bridge before so this was pretty fun. It was a little nerve racking when there were a lot of people crossing at once, but still a really cool experience.

Made our way to this lovely canyon by seabus and buses from Vancouver. It is free and wonderful. Great fun with trails and even a natural pool for a swim, bit chilly though probably. The suspension bridge maybe is smaller than the one in Vancouver...More

I visited this after going to Capilano Suspension Bridge the previous day and thought this place was much more natural and interesting! Capilano felt like such a tourist trap in comparison and even better, this is free! Getting there from downtown Vancouver: from Waterfront station,...More

We stayed near Lynn Canyon, and after we visited the Capilano Suspension Bridge, went to the Lynn Canyon Suspension bridge, to compare. For Capilano you pay, but the bridge is longer, there is more to see, and includes the amazing treetop walk. LCSB is free,...More

Check this place out. Good parking, nice forest area and it's free. I recommend this place for anyone.

A beautiful and serene area for a family hike. Moderate difficulty due to uphill terrain. You can hike to a spring fed natural pool. The water is cold, but refreshing, bring water shoes since the ground is all rocks.

Would have preferred fewer people, but we went at peak season. Such a surprise to find this gem right smack dab in the middle of a residential neighborhood! Hike as much or as little as you want. I'm 70 & I could do it.

The fact that this is free, is absolutely mind-boggling. This bridge is one of the coolest things I've ever seen. It took everything in me to gain enough courage to look down but it felt incredibly liberating when I did. This place is awesome!

Crystal's View Bed & Breakfast would be the closest accommodation to that location that is also cost effective and more central to other hot spots. If you'd like more of a budget, you can check out airbnb for home... More
