Lynn Canyon Park is where the locals go to hang out during the weekends and holidays. It is free, and big enough to accommodate the crowds. I got here by car (brought by a friend), so I'm not sure if this place is accessible by...More

Lovely place to visit. Great for hiking or just have a rest and enjoy nature. Not many people around so can sit down in peace and take a delight in bird singing. Incredible view on waterfall and its absolutely for free and don't need to...More

We headed up to Lynn Canyon as a cheaper option than going to Capilano. It's easy to find, notwithstanding not having a GPS and only an "indicative" map. The circuit walk was easy and pleasant - quite a lot of people - on a Saturday...More

There is ample parking at the park and lots to do. From the Ecology Centre to the Suspension Bridge, hiking, swimming and just relaxing. There is an area there where some people jump from the cliffs into the ice cold water below. My two grandsons...More

Easy access and a great way to exercise or just enjoy a wonderful walk in the woods. Take an easy stroll around Rice Lake and watch the kids try to catch some fish.

Growing up in Lynn Valley BC I spent a lot of time here collecting rocks wading in the water at the falls, hiking, picnicking, relaxing & just enjoying nature !

Serene beauty and the peaceful setting is sure to drive the stress of a hectic lifestyle away, as you walk the well maintained trails. Wonderful opportunity to capture the memory with your camera. I love this place.

When you use GPS, use Lynn Canyon Ecology Center as the destination. Otherwise, it’ll take you to the east side of the park without an entrance. We went in early afternoon on a weekday; there was plenty of free parking at the park entrance. The...More

Very nice park, with great trails, the best part is it's free. You don't pay $30+ at Capilano to go over a suspension bridge.

We generally take our out-of-town guests for the unique experience of crossing the canyon via the suspension bridge. We like to go before 10, when you can still find a parking spot fairly close to the bridge.

Yes, all the trails make a loop, so you can get there, but it is a much longer route to go there and back instead of making the loop. But the entire park is gorgeous, so would be a nice hike. And yes, MANY stairs as... More
