Wonderful view from suspension bridge

Beautiful park, nice hiking trails, free access to lovely suspension bridge. Impressive views. Long lines for washroom unfortunately. Well worth a visit.

You get the chance to be in the forest, in a lovely canyon with great hiking trails all in a very accessible part of North Vancouver. In fact it is on a bus line.

Our hotel suggested this to the more popular Capilano Bridge. Lynn Canyon Park is totally free including parking. The suspension bridge there is short but fun. Lots of walking paths.

Love this park just outside of the city for a break in nature and exploring for a few minutes to a couple of hours.

We were unsure whether to go to the Capilano suspension bridge or here, are were very happy we chose this option. This park is so much more than the bridge, however. For your free entrance (compared to very steep entrance fees at Capilano), you get the suspension bridge, beautiful rainforest hikes, views of waterfalls, and a place to get your... More

We did a circular walk from the cafe around the park and across the suspension bridge. It is beautiful scenery and there is a really interesting ecology centre near the cafe where you can learn lots of stuff about the habitat. My teenagers loved it.

Great park, less crowded. The suspension bridge is as good as that famous yet expensive Capilano bridge, and it is free! Loved the hiking trial and the pool down in the river.

Very good free alternative to Capilano Suspension bridge. Small but scary enough suspension bridge. Lovely forest walk and paddling in icy cold glacial water! Dearest Teenager had a lovely time tombstoning in the natural plunge pool! Kids voted it one of their favourite visits! Take a picnic and towels.

Much better than going to Capilano and bonus - it is free! Free parking and entrance to the park, the bridge looked higher than capilano and there are more walking trails and less tourists! Great place for an afternoon trip.
