I live here in North Vancouver and visit the market quite often. It is not a large fresh food market like Granville Island is - in fact there's currently less produce there than there has been - although from April to October there is a farmers market every Saturday from 10-3 that is growing in farmers attendance (thankfully). But if... More

The Quay is a series of stores and restaurants which are beside the terminus for both the bus and seabus venues. Great place to buy soup, chocolate, beer and homemade meals. Sharkeys is my favourite. Huge plate of good food for under $10.

We love that there is something for everyone when we go for lunch at the Lonsdale Quay Market. The view is amazing and everyone is friendly and helpful. Make this a stop when you are visiting Vancouver whether you drive over or take the SeaBus you will be pleasantly surprised!

The journey to Lonsdale Quay market was the highlight, travelling on the seabus. The actual market itself was disappointing, but potentially that was because of the time of year & maybe it ramps up in the summer. If you're choosing between Lonsdale Quay & Granville Island markets - go to Granville Island. If you do come here, Green Leaf Brewing... More

Lonsdale Quay Market is located beside the ferry terminal for denaturing from North Vancouver to downtown Vancouver. You may find anything from your daily groceries to some handicrafts and artistic work at the market. You may take a buss from Lonsdale Quay to any place in North Vancouver.

As a local, I pass through Lonsdale Quay whenever I take the SeaBus over to Downtown Vancouver. Visiting the Market is a pleasant way to spend an extra hour or so. There is a "ball room" for children, lots of little stands selling interesting (although somewhat over-priced) items from all over the world, several eating options including a fairly up-scale... One of the great stops on the North Shore! The Quay brings together a great collection of local businesses that cater to the tourist and local alike.

I was disappointed with the market not because it was poor but because the marketing hype had led me to expect more. It's an ok small market but that's it.

We arrived right at opening on a Saturday to play in the kids ball pit area. My kids liked the area they also have a slide. We ate breakfast here and then caught the ferry back to downtown. It was a fun morning adventure for the family but wouldn't make a while day of it.

This public market is like a little sister to the much larger Granville Island Market. With lots of shops for everything from fresh produce to local crafts it's a fun way to spend a couple of hours or grab a quick bite.
