Organized by Metro Vancouver, the Watershed Snowshoe tour provided us an opportunity to explore our local mountain, learn about wildlife and the source of our drinking water at a very reasonable cost.
Our guide Jay was very professional and patience. He showed us absolute beginners how to wear the snowshoe, how to walk and made sure we had a safe and educational experience.
They only have 8 trips a year and they are in February and March. Don't miss it.

I guess we came on one of the busiest days on a Tuesday because of the best snow conditions. There were only the 2 lifts open so at the quad there was very long line ups. There was no changing areas like in Grouse which is fine but it would have been nice to have it mentioned on their website. We managed to park close to the restaurant and there were a few outhouses . The scenery was lovely. The waitresses were quick and friendly as well as the ski attendees.

Mount Seymour is my favourite of the three local mountains. The quad chair has made it so much easier to get in lots of runs. The staff is always friendly. Eddie Wood has done a great job organizing the flow of traffic and guiding people through to fill the parking lot and allow as many people as possible to come up and enjoy Mount Seymour for its skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, tubing and tobagganing. There is also a shuttle available from the community centre to/from Mt Seymour. If you need a break, the Rock Chute pub has fantastic food and beverages or the Cafeteria is great for a quick bite before you head back on the slopes.

I booked my kids snow camp for January’s break. Worst experience ever.
My daughter got injured and they did not even provide her first aid.
When I wanted refund because my daughter was terrified to go there, they charged me $25 per day fee.
It’s very unorganized and waste of money. Grouse amounts in snow school is cheaper and better teachers.

Scammers... I bought 2 tickets for the NYE Family First Night. They cancelled the event but they refused to pay me back the money. I called the customer service and they said a manager would be in touch... they never did...

Beautiful new year snowshoe up to Brockton Point at Mount Seymour. Snow was pretty good. A bit wet since it was sunny and had rained the day before. It’s busy during winter break so parking was far and the mountain a bit crowded.

I registered my daughter here for multi day snowboarding camp.
Not a good experience at all.
-Once I called 8 days ahead to change the time (not the day) and they said it's not possible
-One session was on a day with verry low visibility, with rain and hail. It was almost a torture for all kids that day. I sent them an email with no reply
-Absolutely 0 progress for every single kid in that camp. what they learnt after 4 day camp you could teach them yourself. Most of them even didn't go to the bunny hill which means they even did not use any lift.

I paid a lot of money but I still need to schedule some other classes (for BASIC things) but definitely not in Mt. Seymour this time.

Again, my daughter was not the only one with 0 progress and it happened to most of the kids in that camp.

On Jan 30th we had private snowboarding lessons booked for my children. The instructor was late and even left early as well. The instructions given was poor as well. When this happened, I was clearly upset, and went to speak to Gemma. She handled our situation very well and did an outstanding job to make sure our next lesson (Feb 7) was a success. Our new instructor was not only knowledgeable, patient, and had a gentle voice, he was practical in showing what the children needed to learn. I highly recommend Eric J, should you require any private lessons. Thank you for turning our bad experience, into sometime extraordinary!

I got 2019/2020 season pass with insurance. Right now I live in abby and I have no way to go Mt, Seymour since there is no good public transportation. Also all the shuttles are in Vancouver. So I asked for a refund but I did not get, even with insurance. 1/10 with service. Better use my $350 to improve the ski hill or service.

Thank you Seymour, Have a good one

Mt / Mount Seymour snow tubing - yes, it's a lot of fun going down a run on your belly. No doubt there! This info is for the drivers as the venue doesn't really say how to get there. If you simply Google Map "Mount Seymour" it will take you somewhere OTHER THAN the snow tubing location. To get to the right place, Google Map "Mount Seymour Resort" which takes you through North Vancouver, past the Superstore on the right, and keep going until you see a Plaza on the left. That's Mt Seymour Parkway and you turn left there. As you go up the hill, you'll be stopped a few times as their employees will verify why you're headed up. So have your papers / online tix ready to show them. Snow tubing and tobogganing are at the same place (one goes left, other goes right in the parking lot).
