The main attraction apart from the woods and trails in the Lynn Canyon is the Lynn Valley Suspension Bridge, the no cost alternative to much publicized and expensive Capilano Suspension Bridge. But no visit to Lynn Canyon would be complete without a visit to the little ecology centre with its exhibits and hands-on opportunities. It seems to be largely aimed... More

Waterfalls, a small canyon, water pools, beautifully maintained trails, huge old trees and a great easy hike. Perfect morning activity and even on a rainy day as you won't get wet.

You don't find places like this any more. A small but well designed and interesting interpretive/learning centre that exhibits information about the environmental systems, wildlife and geological history of lynn canyon and surroundings. It's all done in a old school non-tech kind of way via models, taxidermy, images and text. A little theatre off to the side shows interesting wildlife... More

They only ask for a donation to enter and there is a lot of good information about the rainforest and animals. It is a good learning experience for all ages.

I live in North Vancouver and we go and visit Lynn Canyon every time we get a chance. It is not only for tourist to see one time. There is a suspension bridge goes accross the canyon and very moderate walk takes you through the forrest all the way down to the river. For people who wants to do more... More

Want to feel as if you are seeing Canadian scenes? Do this just outside Vancouver. Free suspension bridge, lovely gentle walk down to the river for people just wanting to get a feel of walking in the woods, with all the sounds of the river. For the more adventurous, some reasonable challenging walks and hikes. Well worth a visit.

This is basically an information centre cum gift shop within the Lynn Canyon Park.it is also a place where school kids on excursion can stop by to get some information on the wild life in this region.there is also a small selection of books on wild life available for purchase.
