We had an excellent day doing kayak skills and training with Mike Gill. He is an excellent instructor: skilled, knowledgeable, encouraging, professional, and fun! The equipment was great and the other staff were friendly and helpful.

Deep Cove Kayak have a bug and good selection of kayaks. Staff are generally for and friendly. Thatb said, peak times you'll definitely need to book in advance.

Very beautiful location for kayaking and paddle boarding. The staff are very helpful. A lot of great restaurants are around as well. Would highly recommend it. The Quarry Rock is near as well, for a 1-hour hike.

depends, it is usually cold in late Sept but you can still get some odd warm days. I probably wouldn't kayak.
