This was my third visit. The gondola ride to the peak takes almost 8 minutes and you get the most amazing views of the city, the ocean and Cleveland lake as you move towards the peak. Up there you can borrow snow shoes , skates...More

there was only one running when we went and we were absolutely packed in. Quite hard to enjoy the sights or relax. It is a long steep walk if you don't use the skyride to get up the mountain.

If you go to visit Grouse Mountain, be sure to do the sky ride. The scenery around and below you is simply awesome. A must-do if you're up in Vancouver.

Enjoyed the day in Canada. The line was lengthy, but moved along quickly. Enjoyed sledding with the girls.

They have two of these running in season ; blue and red skyride. You can get lovely views of Vancouver, the harbour, Stanley park, and the US if the day is clear. I do think the ticket is overpriced - the locals get yearly memberships...More

Beautiful views. The naturalist presentation was very interesting and the lumber jack show was fun. We had our grandsons with us and everything was great fun for them, which also includes the gondola ride to get to the top.

You take the skyride up and then you can also go higher with the ski lift type chairs. That was the best part for us as we didn't have a lot of time to hike, etc.

We rushed off the superb sky ride on the trolly car...And followed those enormous painted bear paws on the ground...and there they were. These grizzlies are enormous and super entertaining. The whole complex is worth a visit.

While it is incredibly high, you can hide in the middle and not see anything...great for those who are nervous like me! The views at the top are fantastic. It is a bit like being jammed like a 'sardine in a tin'.

Yes, they sell tickets by the sky lift or you can get them where the bus leaves from downtown.

We bought ours at Grouse Mountain itself.
