Very busy mall. A bit aging one with older Earl's location, good food court and lots of small shops. Tons of older people just walking the halls.

It was pretty run down for a few years but seems to have found it's niche. A mix of asian and middle of road stores with a few larger anchor tenants. It's improved and has something for everyone.

Yesterday was Easter Sunday (March 27, 2016) and because West Coast Amusements (carnival and rides) were onsite and it was a beautiful sunny day friends and neighbors decided to shop at Lansdowne Centre and bring the youngsters to enjoy the WCA's annual visit. Imagine our total surprise to discover that the entire mall was closed. Such an unprecedented action. We made numerous inquiries to all the malls in metro Vancouver and all were open for business as usual. Lansdowne has recently lost several of their big box tenants and if they continue with their unorthodox behavior they'll lose their patrons as well.

Older mall in richmond. Has some big stores (Toys R us, best buy, winners etc). Not why we come to richmond though. We stopped by for one game store and left. There are some newer stores at Central at Garden City.

Had been to Aberdeen Centre, newer, modern, 3-story...this one is close to my hotel, walking across the street, thru parking lot. I was pleasantly surprised. Went there to eat.
Nice, cheap eats variety of choices. Take cash. Saw some restaurants. Walk to
Lansdowne Skytrain is thru the parking lot, @10 min walk. Would go there again.
There are stores but really did not go browsing. Appreciated what it offered.

Differently set up. Good variety of anchor stores. Still have areas to rent out. Continual renovating.

Over the years, Lansdowne Mall has downsized it's footprint which has decreased the number of shops. Lost are the anchor stores such as Future Shop & Target (Zellers prior). Winners & Best Buy are the only two large anchors remaining in the mall. The Food Fair remains the same with minimal amount of cuisine & food to chose from.

Reasons for visiting Lansdowne Mall? TD Canada Trust (banking), Winners, Dollarama, Best Buy, NCIX (electronics), Toys R Us, JYSK, Home Outfitters, Broadway Camera, Ronson's Shoes, Post Office, and Langley Food Market. Otherwise there are the usual smaller shops & boutiques, Asian restaurants, coffee places and services.

Compared to the other more modern & larger Richmond Centre Mall, Lansdowne is much smaller & suitable for specific shopping and errands. Lots of parking which makes it convenient for quick visits. The mall is also within walking distance to the Skytrain Station.

There are fewer and fewer shops left at the Lansdowne Mall. Apart from the food court and a few shops there is really nothing much left here except for the Dollar Shop, the food court and the famers market. All the big shops are closed. Wonder how long the other tenants can survive! Sad.
