Great area to wander around but it burnt down today... all of Richmond reaked of smoke to begin the day and then it moved into Vancouver.

We strolled along the path; it's a nice relaxing walk. It is an easy path and there's benches if you get tired. There's free parking, too.

I believe it is, but dogs must be on leash and you must pick up after them. Majority of the walk is on boardwalks. You should contact them directly to confirm.
