This phony night market was crowded, cheesy, way too corporate and awful and just plain creepy. I would not recommend it to anyone ever.

I have been to China and the Richmond night market brings China to Canada. It's entertaining to walk around the crowded market tasting different foods. More than a hundred vendors sell Chinese goods at very reasonable prices

If you're spending enough time in Vancouver, you'll eventually end up here. A bit pricey, but a worthwhile cultural experience with food for everyone.

As far as I know, they are not open during the winter months. In fact, when we were there in late Sept, they were winding down their season
