Great arcade, lots of selection with many imported cabinets from Japan that I have not seen elsewhere in Canada. Games can be pricey but I still enjoyed my time here. I will come back on my next trip.

Fantastic arcade for rhythm games! They also have a wide variety of fighting and racing games. Other imported Japanese party games such as 3 different versions of Bishi Bashi and a game about bouncing ping pong balls too. Claw machines usually have decent prizes, and at least as far as I can tell, the regular UFO catchers (Japanese claw game) are set to 100% skill mode (they grab at full strength every time).
There's also a wide variety of imported and classic shooter games.
The ticket games are older and a bit lacking, but the classics such as skee-ball and some basketball games are all there, and there are certainly jackpots to be won.
If you're not interested in playing imported games, or using menus that might be in Japanese instead of English, this arcade is not for you. I would recommend going to Castle Fun Park or the Rec Room.
If you're looking for the finest collection of imported Japanese arcade games in all of Canada, then this is the place to be. The games are always kept fully up to date, and have the normally Japanese-exclusive online features and save cards available.

Super fun, definitely going again! Went with my friend and we enjoyed the games and pool a lot. The music games are hard to find in other places

We went on a Sunday for the arcade. I was surprised at how popular it was but didn't find it difficult to get on a game we wanted to play. Some machines weren't working and they didn't seem to prioritize "out of order" signs (the guy at the front desk did refund 50 cents from one machine I inquired about). A lot of machines didn't have english instructions, we just chose one of the many other machines. Lots to choose from and pool tables and other entertainment if you get bored with funneling coins into machines. Parking was a little confusing but we figured it out (around back up a ramp and 1st 2nd and 3rd floors are for 1/2/3 hours free of parking respectively and top floor for longer paid parking).

The Manager or guy at the front has something wrong or needs to get his head examined. He has an incredibly arrogant attitude. He said cash only - this always seems sketchy to me, especially in Vancouver with all the MONEY LAUNDERING going on and TAX EVASION. Hopefully those keywords popup in Google search so the CRA can audit them. Anyways my friend gives him a 50 and he says "no I need a 20" (apparently he doesn't have change). We said we don't have 20 - I do have a credit and debit card if you like. He says no, so I say " guess it's free then". I'm getting ready to walk out so he takes the 50 and then gives us change. Hey what do you know, he does have change!
Everything about the guys demeanor was terrible, if any competition comes up they'll definitely go bankrupt. Other than that they have lots of games and some wonky pool tables that need to be replaced or fixed.

Our company had our Party here with close to 200 people! Everyone had a good time. People have already planned to go back another time! Owners Joy and Eric are fantastic. Alex and Max were also super helpful!

This guy slanders and uses any excuse to not give you the tickets not to mention calls you (and children) a cheater and a liar if you hit a jackpot. ( I had a kid come up to me telling me that he wouldn’t pay the tickets she spent her allowence on when she hit the jackpot he called her a liar and tried to kick her out) If you have a lot of tickets he will also call you a cheater and say you’re cheating the machines. Their machines will sometimes eat your money and he’ll call you a liar. He’ll then ban you when you try to explain what happened. He’ll make up lies when you ask to speak to the boss not to mention he had already lied several times prior to this. I would give this a zero star rating if I could!!! We will NEVER come back here again.

Finally all the mess and noise are gone after their move to this new location, beside Radisson Hotel. Too bad they don't serve bubble for now, and I heard they may do so again in a coule months. Much cleaner than the old place which was a leaky warehouse. A lot of parking in this President Plaza, which is a plus. Waiting for their SNOOKBALL game back.

I have been in retail business for 30 years, because I valued my customers.
The manager of this place obviously does not believe in that business model. This place will be lucky if they are around another year, with this guy managing. ( please don’t confuse this review about Rhys Chen. House pro there and nice guy)
Came to play pool yesterday, and after about 60 minutes they started to test sound equipment at deafening levels.
I mean deafening, in violation of health codes. They continued this for maybe 2 hours or more. I was the only paying customer there ,(NEVER AGAIN)
Rhys was practicing for an upcoming tournament, and he had to stop, since it was impossible to concentrate with this noise, and 2 workers, re-clothing tables (they were stuck there).
They have a flat rate, of which I could only play 1/2 my time before I had to leave with a splitting headache,
All of this could have been done before business hours, ie 9am-11am, with consideration of their customers.
We will see how long they stay in business with management like that.
They will never see me there again!!!
