Holy cow! The Plaza Premium on the International side was worse than atrocious! Paricularly in this climate of corona virus, i have never seen such a dirty lounge: food on the carpet, glasses, plates and napkins literally piled on the tables. The food was old looking and dry. The hygiene of the bartender frightening. We got our drinks, and left them. What is up with that? It was like the staff had given up! Ya, we pay for this. Give up your membership!…

Visited the lounge in Terminal 3 near B24. Very dated and worn out looking, small and hot. Limited serve yourself bar. Small selection of food that was just okay. No place to charge devices. A lady scanned my centurion card and ticket when I entered with no issues then a man walked up and said I couldn’t get in with my card. That it was not a Centurion card. I argued that it was. He kept looking at it insisting it was a cobalt card. Finally he saw on the back that it said Centurion and let me in. I’ve never had anyone not recognize the Centurion card. This has to be the worst lounge I’ve been in. …

We relaxed in this lounge on a lengthy layover. Good variety of food and drink. Comfortable seating in the lounge area. Excellent and attentive customer service from Imelda and Emily.

I tried this lounge in YVR, whilst waiting for my flight to NZ. Simply put, is the least pleasant lounge I have been to. Most of their usb charging stations did not work. The food was very minimalistic and not good. Beer wine you had to ask for and were not readily accessible as is the case in most lounges. No shower or TV. I would not go back to this lounge again.…
