Family stroll round the gardens which the kids really enjoyed. Cafe looked nice but didn’t stop for food or a drink.

Yes, also if you wanted to stay at Askham hall they are allowed in the rooms, but you have to ask first. Two guests were visiting, staying over for 2 nights, with their two dogs as we visited.
