Parklea Markets
May 2021
Really great markets - know they went through a bad time during COVID in 2020, but pretty good now. Seem to have a new fresh approach to stuff and lots of new shops. Hope it all pans out well for them. The meat, fish and vegie sections are great - really worth a look. Great for early Christmas shopping! In my opinion better than Paddy's Markets

Lost my driving licence and found it back! Authentic Malaysian stall
Apr 2021 • Couples
Flipped the whole house for my lost driving licence and realised I might have dropped this at Parklea market during the weekend visit. Parklea management is very responsive to call and also email - and thanks to them (and the stranger that found this) - I mamaged to retrieve my lost driving licence!

Also a shout out to the authentic Malaysian stall serving really good and very affordable Malaysian food which we discovered by chance. Will definitely pay more visits in the future.

Racial profiling
Oct 2020 • Solo
Address issues on customer service and service delivery. Educate certain stall holders on racial tolerance.... especially Carmen from Angels Gifts...more like "Devils Gifts"
We have been loyal customers of Parklea Markets for the past 11 years but what my wife experienced today is atrocious and amounts to racial profiling.
"Indians are cheap" I don't want to go further with the discriminatory comments.
"Let me tell you Carmen, we do have class. We speak the Queen's English and understand and comprehend everything that you said." Numerous Indians and people of other ethnic backgrounds support you and for you to pass your comments... DISGUSTING, that's what you are."
Australia is built on values of integrity and acceptance. This is a multicultural society...grow up, educate yourself and maybe you will add value to "CHEAP"
Parklea Markets management, you need to address this. I will definitely be sharing this via social media and will escalate this further.
"From a "cheap" Singh."

Dear Mr SIngh Parklea Markets Management is deeply sorry to hear of your experience with this particular stallholder. We can assure you we will be taking action by speaking to Carmen and also sending a letter to all our stall holders that Parklea Markets doesn't tolerate any racism towards any person what so ever. Racism is not acceptable at Parklea Markets, we value your continuing customer support. Kind regards Parklea Markets Management

All your shopping done under the one roof
Oct 2019
All under one roof you will find fresh fruit and vegetables, pet shop, nursery, bakery, Deli, butcher, fresh seafood and a barber. Along side what you would normally see at a market like Paddy's. There is plenty of on-sight parking, toilets and ATM's. For lunch there is a variety of food trucks and food stores . Just a tip, its quite big so go to the information center and ask for a free map of the markets first. Do your rounds then get your groceries before you leave.

Pretty much everything under one roof
Oct 2019 • Couples
Carpark needs some work as does the building, but it's markets, protected from the elements and plenty of choices for shoppers or browsers alike. Incorporating regular trip with our fortnight shopping spree

This place used to be great, was full and alive, now it is half empty and at times depressing. Often now go there and walk out with nothing

Shabby
Feb 2019 • Solo
Now looking very sad and grubby.. Once there was quality “stuff” available, lots of repetition.Very hot and stuffy environment being an indoor market. If you attend on a Friday most of the stalls are closed except fruit and vegetables which are OK. Car park full of potholes.
